There is time and place for everything. Sometimes there is overlap between the categories, but this is what you can expect

Jams

In principle, you don’t need experience to join the jams. However, please keep in mind that an acro jam is not the same as a class. There is no set teaching, progression, or guarantee of learning.

What happens and how much you can play depends on what you already can do, who shows up, their experience, and the(ir) and your energy of the moment. You’re very welcome to join, observe, try things out, and see what feels right. It always helps if you introduce yourself, share your level and interests and show initiative.

Classes

There will be a teacher and possibly assistent(s). They will most likely do an intro, warming up, progressions working to a pose, washing machine or other goal. Sometimes they end with some massage, lunar acroyoga or other form of closing.

Trainings

Mostly a gathering of people who already know each other and train together regularly. The focus is on refining skills they already have. This setup often leaves little time or space for explaining basics, coaching new people, or offering much support outside the training group.
